Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this deadline will be denied. Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments through PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

What happens if the items I have received are defective/incorrect/damaged?


Please contact us if you have received an incorrect, defective or missing item. When you receive the package, please include your order number, photos of the items and all related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive the refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
